With over a decade of experience in environmental permitting and management all over the country in a multitude of industries, Swift Fox Solutions (HUB, DBE, SBE and WBE certified) is  uniquely qualified to provide creative and cost-effective solutions to our clients. Since we are a small, local firm we have minimal overhead which allows us to provide clients with the same professional services and results as larger firms at a much lower cost.

Hilary Schneider, founder of Swift Fox Solutions LLC is an Environmental Manager and Scientist with a BS in Wildlife Conservation and Management. She is experienced in environmental due diligence, audit, and permit coordination for land development projects; oil/energy production; transportation projects; asphalt and concrete plants; crude, gas and water pipeline routing and permitting; compressor stations; access roads; and transmission lines.  Hilary has managed all facets of environmental permitting and compliance for numerous projects in various stages of planning, construction, and operation. Though proficient in federal and state regulatory requirements across the country, her specialties include Texas storm water, air, and spill plan permitting, development, and implementation; USACE permitting; the Bakken, Marcellus, Permian, and Eagle Ford shale plays; BIA and tribal regulations; and Migratory Bird Treaty Act and Endangered Species Act coordination.  Hilary has a passion for natural resources and conserving the environment for future generations while improving the quality of life and infrastructure of today.
